The P220 Combat also passes the military’s 240-hour salt spray corrosion test. Outfitted with a true M1913 Picatinny rail, vertical front strap serrations and SIGLITE night sights.
Flat Dark Earth Anodized Frame
Each pistol features the military’s Flat Dark Earth finish on its alloy frame and SIG’s Nitron over a stainless slide.
Corrosion Resistant Internal Coatings
Internal parts and controls are finished for extreme corrosion resistance and reduced friction.
Chrome-Lined Barrel
The barrel is hard chromed and finished in Nitron, easily exceeding the military’s accuracy requirements.

If a frame or receiver can only be made into a long gun (rifle or shotgun), it is still a frame or receiver not a handgun or long gun.
