All completely built lower receivers have been assembled, inspected, and tested by our lowers department. The specifications and tolerances are identical to the lowers we use for our complete rifles. FFL required for shipment. You must disclose which FFL will be receiving this item in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box during checkout. Failure to do so will delay your order proces-sing and shipping. If your FFL is not already on file, have them fax a signed copy of their license to (949) 429-1825 and reference your name and order number on the cover sheet.
